This complex is run by a management company call Gem Management Co. I've lived here for 3 years and highly do not recommend it. Within these 3 years that I've been here they have had almost 10 manager changed. Most were fired or just quit because they were doing the right thing to served a tenant needs. Anything that's going to cost the complex $$$ they didn't want to hear it. The pros about this place is that they kept it really clean and will not tolerate with any crimes committed here. Cons: rent keeps going up base on income. Management is keep changing. Had 4 to 5 within 3 years. No swimming pool, no basketball court but they do have a big pond with over grown brushes, weeds and infested with bugs and mosquitos right at the main entrance where kids wait for the bus every morning.
If you really want to know what it is like at Brooke Pointe, call the office, talk to the staff, and then talk to the residents. The community will be nice as long as the person (people) in the office run it properly. As of early 2014 things seem to be great at Brooke Pointe, and the office staff really seem to care about the community. REALLY? As far as maintenance stealing...check ur kids and ur company before u point the finger at innocent people. Christy...imagine the ignorance she had to deal with, u know yall hate on a thick white chick that dates black guys and she does her best there, people need to watch their bada** kids and keep them from destroying the place!
