Horrible communication. Waited over a week for my appointment and then received a text the day before stating if I do not fill out my paperwork my appointment will be canceled. I never received an email that I was aware of to be able to “fill out my paperwork.”Scoured through my junk mail, even provided an alternative email just in case to then hear something almost a day later. I am disappointed with my experience with this practice. While I appreciate that my psychiatrist ultimately refilled my medication, I have experienced ongoing communication difficulties and conflicting information regarding my care. Most recently, my psychiatrist requested that we reschedule an appointment to 1:20 PM. I agreed to the change, and she acknowledged our appointment the morning it was scheduled to take place.
