Viví un periodo de un año en estos departamentos la atención de la oficina es horrible y como solucionan los problemas aún peor, los apartamentos son muy caros y no valen la pena por el precio de renta, cuando finalice mi contrato se supone que me deberían devolver el depósito pero llego a nombre de mi roommate y llamé para ver si se podía cambiar a mi nombre y 5 veces me dicen lo estamos solucionando lo llamaremos pero nunca lo hacen. Sin duda no volvería a rentar en este lugar aunque costará 100 dólares.
I do not recommend it for living. They do not fix things when they are damaged. If the apartments have insects, they do not fumigate either, and they have a group to tow cars.
Please do not move here. This place is crawling with roaches. The prices are not their price you literally will be paying for the building that you’re staying and nothing is included. They’re always is a fee. The water bill is tremendously expensive. They are rude. They’re unprofessional you’ll be spending thousands of dollars for low quality apartments that they so-called luxury.
