Avoid EXP! After working with the EXP realtor, Deja Spearman for a full year, she ghosts me. She wasted a full year of my time. She is unprofessional and easily offended. This is the 2nd problematic EXP Realtor I've had difficulty with. I spoke to Adam, the manager at The Brooke Team about both ethically-challenged realtors. I sure hope he hires better quality people in the future.
