I was a long term resident at Brooke Court The building is very well kept and the new management company (Horizon) really take care of the residents now. They go out of their way to help, only had minor issues that were resolved within a few hours. Everyone was very friendly. The location is really perfect, in a really quiet neighborhood. I definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

Keith and Dan at Horizon aren't really customer-focused individuals and seem mostly interested in making a buck wherever they can. Which is fine, but don't expect a quality level of service or a good renting experience.

I've lived here less than a year and this property has had 4 property managers. The biggest issue is that you hear everything in the apartment above AND beneath you. Every conversation, every footstep, ever toilet flush, every television. Literally EVERYTHING! There is no peace or privacy. So imagine living on the 2nd floor. Its miserable. The apartments are nice and spacious but not as spacious as the pictures so dont be fooled by the pictures.
