Trying to cancel an appointment through the actual department because the appointment line can’t. I’ve been #1 in cue for nearly one hour and in this amount of time I could have driven there and physically cancelled. However sending a sick person in there is the last thing they want. So take a ding and get a no show or go in there sick to cancel because calling just isn’t working. My patience is gone it left around 30 minutes of hearing the same messages again and again.
My daughters father is a veteran 100% disabled, so we have been coming to BAMC/SAMC Pediatric since she was born. Always a smooth experience. Front desk staff were always so kind and sweet. And I love the Nurse Line, always so sweet and helpful. Great experience overall, Up until my daughter turned one. She had her vaccinations and bloodwork .
