I had a miscarriage in California in June. My OB did a sonohysterogram and found that I had many polyps and diagnosed me with PCOS. She suggested a polypectomy (polyp removal) with MyoSure (tissue removal). She said that due to my thickened endometrium and the polyps making my uterus look like a puzzle piece - I was able to get pregnant, but not able to have the baby implant or grow.
