PLEASE! Do not come live here. Its absolutely the worst experience of my life. The dirtiest place and run by horrible people. They suck
Do not live here, you will regret it- especially if you are a servicemember. When I attempted to lawfully break my lease, as I got orders to move out of state, I made sure to follow federal SCRA guidelines and Texas penal code and they still attempted to withhold my security deposit and charge me thousands in early termination fees. I had to actually get a lawyer before they decided to follow the law. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! Especially if you are active duty military or any contractor looking to rent while you’re here for work… run! They have no proper vetting process for the people who live there witnessed multiple crimes including prostitution and drug dealing. Temple police dept gets calls from hilltop and they already know it as “ a problem area” it’s everything but quiet.
