This place is poorly managed, has staff that couldn't care less about you, will actually spy on you and your neighbors, and does a terrible job maintaining their apartments and amenities. You do NOT want to live here! There is trash everywhere, wild animals in the walls, peoples dogs poop everywhere and dont clean it up, the pool is closed half the time and the residents seem to be the only ones who clean it, the facilities such as the pool and its restroom are absolutely disgustingly filthy, they never repair anything even ... read more
The girls in the front office work they’re butt off to help everyone that needs help weather it’s getting into a new home or handling maintenance issues. They made my move in process as smooth as possible and was even able to get in, In the middle of the month. Most definitely best place I’ve ever lived
These apartments are not useful for many chiripas and if any equipment is damaged and when the air is damaged, they do not solve anything.
I've lived here for 5.5 years. The new owner and management team have really made a positive impact for the whole complex. The maintenance team have responded in a timely manner too. More importantly, the entire staff have treated me with dignity and respect. I am impressed with their engagement and helpful attitude.
This place has been nothing but trash for 3 years rats , car getting towed for parking the same space I’ve parked the whole time glad I’m finally getting away . Them pictures for this need to be updated aswell very trashy .!!!!
