RecommendedNadine Gray was 100 years old on July 25! COVID-19 made it impossible for us to have the big in-person party we had planned. But that didn't stop the team at Brookdale Wornall Place from making Nadine's special day a special day for the whole family. We are in shutdown mode. Today Lisa came into my apartment to announce that management has decided to move a NuStep exercise machine to my apartment!!! I am so overwhelmed by this announcement!! I am so happy and grateful with this unbelievable gesture and concern for one resident. Thank you!
I'm considered NOT a good fit for the front desk! Then to back that up I was told I don't meet the cornerstone....
I have recently started participating in a little farmer's market hosted by this organization every Saturday for their residents. They are giving them the resource for whole foods right at their finger tips. Not only that, but it offers a chance for residents to interact with people outside of their care circle. Very comfortable! Staff is excellent! All who my mother and I talked to were very friendly that is EVERYONE. My mother is very social and all the residents were very happy. Never Once did Anyone complain as so often you hear other places. My mother feels very secure and independant of her wishes. She is Flurishing and So Happy there. KUDOS to all the staff! Great Job!♡♡♡
