These guys are just good at their jobs and fun to be around. From the front desk on back everyone seems to be in tune with each other, ready to go, informed on patient needs, and frankly, they are lighting fast when providing services. I never dread going (or paying). All my thanks to this great team of doctors and nurses.

Had my teeth cleaned by a very friendly gal, Jan I think is her name. Had a nice visit. Dr Farah is also great to see!
Jan is so gentle in her cleaning and puts all uneasiness to rest with the way she cleans and cares for her patients. Dr. Kiefer brings joy to the visit with his knowledge and his patient relationship. I have gone to this office for thirty-five plus years and have never had a bad visit.
Over the years visiting Wooster Dental, I felt like they always cared as about how I and my family were doing, as much as they were concerned about the health of my teeth. All my family appreciates the care and compassion they have to make us feel valued as people, and not just another patient.
I’ve been terrified of dental visits for years, but Dr. Kieffer and all the staff are super nice and accommodating and overall make it a positive experience. They really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and pain-free.
The hygenist was very kind and gentle.
I was having some pain when chewing, they got me in right away to check it out and they were able to fix the problem at the appointment as well! Great experience! Such a friendly staff!
