Why is my history not available on the patient portal app? Seems to me I should be able to update my patient medication and my history on this application makes no sense that there's no way to do that on this on the portal. The only option you offer is to download a PDF document and complete an entirely new form as a new patient. This makes absolutely no sense.

Mr. Yost, Thank you for your feedback. We are, unfortunately, limited with the current program to allow for updates to your paperwork. Currently, we are required to have our patients complete the form in its entirety. We are working diligently on a solution that will allow for simple updates. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to have something in place in the future.
My family and I have been with this office since I was in elementary school, and I’m 40 now! Always patient, kind, gentle, and take their time to explain thoroughly. Both the medical and office staff always make the experience comfortable.

Holle the hygienist is very caring and does a wonderful job in getting my teeth clean.
Somehow I chipped one of my front teeth. The chip was more than cosmetic. That being said, Dr. Armstrong made my two front teeth look better than they did BEFORE the mishap. Attention to detail, professionalism and a friendly atmosphere are always part of the visit! I recommend Greeneville Dental Associates to everyone!
