We can't believe our good fortune in finding this place a family member in their 90's! I love doing with not eating well and no longer able to manage her own meds. She is doing very well here has been here for just over a year and the peace of mind for us is terrific. We visit at least weekly, we take her out for church, for meals, family gatherings and we know that when we return her she is safe & happy. Resident are nice, some of RCA were great and few nurses were nice.
Had the opportunity to visit the community looking for my mom, staff was very helpful and pleasant. Place seemed very clean, all the seniors I encountered were happy and engaged. My mom ended up moving out of state with my brother, but if the opportunity arises and she returns to Ohio I would definitely be choosing Brookdale Willoughby.
