This community has the BEST caring culture!! I immediately felt the warmth and compassion on my visit. The Executive Director is a true leader who is passionate about her residents! The management team is exceptional and strives to exceed expectations. If you are in the area STOP FOR A LUNCH!! The Chef is AMAZING!!!!
Vijay Mehra is a crook and a horrible person.He has personally stolen $75,000 from me and I can account for it all. His brother fronts a restaurant for him and his wife. I made the mistake of telling no Erick Cook this guy is solid. He's a loser and will take your last penny.
My grandmother has been in Independent Living at Brookdale for over two years and we have always been so happy with all aspects of living. However, during Hurricane Irma, the entire staff of Brookdale went over and above in every aspect of caring for the residents. I am eternally grateful for the care she received during the hurricane, as well as the continuous updates by Management on social media (as I am in NJ) At no point was I concerned for her well being. Thank you for all you do.
Brookdale certainly went over and above in preparing for hurricane Irma. They did much to calm their clients and their concerned families and friends. We so appreciate your frequent updates and confirmed that everything that could be done was done. We feel our mother made the best decision to move into your facility. Thanks to all the staff for being so compassionate during this stressful time.
Living out of state (Iowa), and having visited and stayed with my Mother on several occasions, I have been impressed with the level of commitment by the team. During fare weather and foul, the team is engaging and attentive. Knowing Mom is being cared for, happy, social,entertained and well fed is a wonderful feeling.
During Hurricane Irma the staff at Brookdale West Palm Beach were stellar! I live in Connecticut so I felt pretty helpless in ensuring my Dad's safety. Through the daily posts and knowledgable staff, the preparation and care of the residents during the hurricane was very reassuring. We were in contact with my 98+ year old Dad by cell phone and he felt good, safe and comfortable (not to mention well fed!). What a blessing for all of us for the professional, business minded and humane staff at Brookdale!
