About 3 months ago, we had to move our Dad into a place that still gave him a since of independence, but would keep a helpful eye on him. He has dementia and is a fall risk. We wanted a place that would love on him and welcome him in, just as he is. He is a smoker, so that made it hard finding a place. Brookdale said "YES" and welcomed him in like family. 2.5 months now that my family moved my 83 year old Dad to Brookdale and we could not ask for a better transition, staff and experience. His needs are being met and his lifestyle is so much better. Very HAPPY.
Brookdale Weatherford is a wonderful place to have my mom! Cathy Maynes made us feel so welcome and accommodated all of our needs for moving in! Melissa Sargent, Director, has been amazing and continues to help in any situation we need help with. The staff is so friendly and the residents seem very happy there. The nursing staff is wonderful! We could not have picked a better place for our Mom!
