I work as a cook and upper mgmt. Takes a hands on attitude, the Staff are dealing with a high turnover and I truly believe things will improve.Everyone cares deeply for the residents..
Very very frustrated with what started out as a decent place. Poor communication between staff and management. Poor communication with patient families, signed patient up for unneeded services without authorization and billed insurance company. Had a very difficult time getting needed info when patient passed away. Now am getting medical bills which have been denied by insurance due to the fact that Clarebridge ordered services without receiving needed authorizations. Very concerned about the level of care
