I purchased my 2023 ******** brand new from this dealership and brought it in under warranty in October 2024 for engine hesitation and stalling. I even showed them a video of the issue, but because there was no check engine light, they refused to investigate it further. Worst experience ever. Nothing but lies, deceit and fraud.They stated on 2 seperate invoices for 2 seperate visits that multipoint inspections were performed. They are refusing to give me the results of those inspections. They claim they can't get that information once the job is closed out.They wanted to replace my AC condenser and compressor.
