I bought a 2016 Mercedes with only 60,000 miles for a large amount of money then to find out that, they either removed the SD card that runs the navigation backup camera and satellite radio. I had an ok experience up until the end. And I wouldn’t be complaining if I felt I was being fairly compensated. I’ll start off by saying Andrea and Nathan were great, I would do business with them again. So this is my first new car. After we are all done with the deal and they are bringing the car out to by mine so we can switch car seats I watch as they crash into a pole scraping the side of my brand new car I just spent a huge amount of money on. I will edit to reflect that after complaining the dealership agreed to deliver the vehicle on a truck rather than drive it. That is good, it should of been that way to begin with considering the circumstances
I have been more than patient, understanding, and receptive to the multiple issues this dealership has created. I have advised multiple times that, if the situation is not corrected, I would be updating my positive reviews on all sites. They have failed to correct the many issues and delays they created in-house and I am forced to resort to describing my experience publicly.
