My mom used to live here. It was great for about the first year, then everything fell apart and they never got it back together. Mismanagement of meds was a big problem. Not checking on residents when they say they're going to. Different staff members all the time. Stories that don't match on things that happened,etc. I could go on and on but I won't. Too many bad memories. She has since passed in another Brookdale community. It was MUCH worse than Vista Grande ever was. Definitely had some good times here, back in the day.
