Our family is very grateful for the compassion and professionalism shown by the staff at Charter Senior Living of Vinings. When our family member arrived from the rehabilitation facility, the entire team was present to welcome him. Unfortunately, the nursing staff quickly recognized that he needed immediate hospice care and recommended that he be taken to the hospital. These 5 stars are a shoutout to Mimi! Mimi is one of the Med Techs who brings my mother her meds. Mimi treats my mother with such care. And when my mom is having a day, Mimi spends a little zzz time just talking to her. It’s more than giving meds it’s giving genuine compassion.
Normally I'm very happy with the care my mom receives from Raven, Kayshaun, Quin, Kelly, Emma, Kadasha and Ms. T. Also the med techs Sara, Ambelly, Phreedum and Kaneaha. However, when these individuals are not working the level of care is low. My mom has called about being soiled for too long or not being properly cleaned, which can lead to infection. I was visiting to determine if a relative would like to live there and could be accommodated. Every person I met was friendly and enthusiastic. Really liked the location, the layout and the flexibility of offerings.
