All staff (management, admin clinical care(aides/CNAs med techs there's also an onsite physician and dentist and med techs) and kitchen (servers and meal prep) Onsite PT/OT is provided by Legacy There's also many activities to keep residents physically(corn hole and seated volleyball)and mentally active(family feud, and art class)they also do special events to celebrate holidays from Mardi gras to Valentine's Day and Easter and even Elvis's birthday

My mother has been a resident at Charter for 2 years and there has been a lot of changes in management, but with every change has been improvement. I have seen the biggest improvement since Maryam has come on board. She and her team do an amazing job in this high-demand environment. My mom receives care and compassion from all of the staff. I don’t worry about her because I know she’s safe and being treated with dignity. When issues arise, Maryam is always accessible and responsive. One of the most pleasant experiences at Charter Senior Living @Vinings is the relationship between resident and Caregiver or Med Tech. I would like to give a shout out to the following staff: Chalame Brown (“Mimi”) Med Tech Jacqueline Brooks (“Jackie”) Med Tech Ittila Avent (“Ms. “T)”, Caregiver All three of these employees have exhibited outstanding professionalism while performing their duties.. I moved my mother to Charter in early 2024. She has complex care needs and requires the highest level of support, which many assisted living communities cannot accommodate. Charter was able to provide the level of care she needs while still offering a warm, community atmosphere that you don’t typically find in nursing homes. We’ve experienced a few nursing homes and assisted living facilities since 2017, and Charter is by far the most consistent and caring place my mom has lived. The staff truly feels like family.
