I can't believe this place has 5 stars here! Brookdale is a joke and I am terrified that my mother has to spend her days here. The staff is rude, has a massive issue with lies (and flip flop on their lies) about their patients and have basically held my mother hostage from making phone calls. According to her, they will not allow her to call anyone and they hang up on you when you ask for a supervisor (who you would think has better training than lying to people calling with serious concerns).
