What’ can I say about this place. co workers frolicking among one another, out right flirting with each other, its called urgent care but absolutely nothing about this place seems to be urgent. I myself is actually writing this review while in the dr office . Been sitting here for about 40 mins now just listening to the staff screw up the patient info, sitting the wrong people in the rooms, not sure if they are here for a COVID test or regular visit . even the Dr (If the Dr. Is Philogene) seems to be a part of the semantics.... read more
It's truly a shame that you have to goto white neighborhoods to get good medical care. I live in White Plains but staying in BK to care for my mom. Came to Brookdale (non)Urgent Care. They were quick to take my insurance info & charge a co-pay. After waiting 2.5 hrs to be seen, 1 min after speaking with the Dr she says I need to goto the ER. Not once did anyone ask what I was here for. I have extreme pain in my left calf & now chest pain possibly a DVT\Bloodclot. So wasting 2+ hrs @ this place only to be charged for it & hav... read more
