DONOT COME HERE!!!!@ NO COMPASSION LACK OF EMPATHY One nurse refused to provide me with the Patient's Bill of Rights. Doctors admitted me without telling me why. I literally had to beg for my test results which nurses and doctors held hostage. Upon calling for the hospital administrator, the young operator was rude and tried to overtalk me After 2 hours of waiting for the patient advocate who promised he would speak to me, i realized it was a myth like everything else at Brookdale hospital. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!! ER was absolutely terrible. Went to the ER window nobody to intake someone with a real Emergency. Had to wait in line with respiratory distress. Waiting for 15mins and my condition is ADR aka “aint doing right”. Got past registration. And was triaged buy a nurse who completely ignored my complaint and WROTE ON MY PROFILE WHAT HER DIAGNOSIS WAS WHICH WAS “nasal congestion”. I made an appointment woke in advance. I was there on time. The neurology department was my destination. The staff checked me in. I waited 2 hours and left. There's no running water in the only bathroom. There's unprofessional work environment, and it's generally old and dirty. Please do not go to this hospital.

Worse hospital, emergency is very slow…they took more than 7 hours to complete X-ray …. . Staff is very incompetent
