This hospital is an plague waiting to happen if not already epidemic The ER is nasty filthy and unpleasant to look at Understaff and lazy professionals C4 needs to be placed in the center core of this hospital giving it a makeover with structure and staff

This is the worst hospital in New York—and the entire United States. The medical staff and nurses have absolutely terrible attitudes. There are delays in the ER even when it is empty, and the nurses and doctors are extremely rude and show no concern for patients whatsoever. Upon arrival, they just make you sign ten different forms and then leave you waiting for six to seven hours—all for a single injection.

I wish I can give zero stars this is by far the worse hospital in the universe, had an emergency for my breathing at 3am and I was never seen I had to get up and leave!! Its sooooo dirty blood , food and stuff everywhere it's literally like one of them south central hospitals in the movies

My mother was transported to Brookdale Hospital’s emergency department on August 31, 2025, after suffering a fall. Given her impaired mobility and the circumstances surrounding the fall, I expected a thorough evaluation and a safe plan for her care. Unfortunately, I do not feel that my mother received the level of assessment, treatment, or discharge planning that her condition required.
