My mom fell and broke her neck she complained if neck pain but they put her back to bed. Several hours later she was taken to hospital
My brother and I moved my dad in about a month ago. We have not been anything but happy! The staff is absolutely wonderful. Felt like we were part of the family from the first minute we stepped into the place. My dad really loves the food and gets to request something else to eat if he wants. This is not one of the places that tells you they do one thing and then that doesn’t happen. My mom has lived here a little over a year. It's such a welcoming environment. Everyone is friendly and has a homelike presence. The food is wonderful! I would highly recommend this community to anyone who wants reassurance know their loved one is care for. Thanks Brookdale and all the staff!
We looked at several places for my mom and by far the best in Union County. The staff is excellent and truly loves the residents. It feels so "homey" compared to all the other places we visited and the administrative staff is so approachable. We are very impressed with all the activities that go on at the facility. My mom is still adjusting but has nothing but great things to say about how she is treated everyday. The location is also a plus with its close proximity to doctor's offices and hospital. I have been very impressed with the environment, staff, and residents of Brookdale! My grandmother has been there a few months now, and after we worked out a few kinks, it seems she is enjoying living there very much! She has more opportunity to connect with her peers, and have company then when we were trying to help her stay in the home. I would recommend Brookdale to anyone who is looking for a positive, supported living solution for their loved one!
I work in the senior care industry and am familiar with every facility in the area. Union Park is one of the best, if not the very best, facilities available. Their staff care about their residents, their residents are happy and everyone over there really tries to do the best job possible. Union Park is tremendous.
