RecommendedWhen my Mom first came to Brookdale she taught it all the way, she likes it there now. She looks so healthy now. The staff are wonderful. They had their hands full with us and they have been so compassionate. You are a wonderful team. Thank you
Brookdale St. Augustine has associates that truly care about each and every resident. We strive to meet every residents need and uphold our mission statement in all the aspects of our residents lives. We enrich the lives of those we serve everyday.
I would not recommend Brookdale St. Augustine. I am a resident aid there and your family needs only is priority when you pitch a concern! There are only a handful of workers not including most management that actually are concerned about the residents! The list goes on!
Brookdale is a fantastic assisted living home for my mother. The staff seems very happy, they’re great with my mom.
My mom Harriet lived at Brookdale for two years. She recently passed away but the time she spent at Brookdale was very happy for her. She was always very content, never in a bad mood, and was very fond of everyone. She loved her caretakers. They were all very good to her. Thank you so much Robin Rocha
We moved my mom from ATL to St. Augustine. She's blooming like a beautiful spring flower and flourishing thanks to the amazing staff in the Memory Care area!!!!!
