Phil and I are so thankful that Dad (Charles Swant) lived here. With the great service and care along with Hospice it made it so much easier for us to care for him. Hats off to Brookdale and Hospice at Home. Thank you so much. 🥰 Dad passed peacefully last night in the place that he loved.

My 98 year old mother and step-father have lived in Brookdale Springs in Mesa, Az for going on four years, they absolutely love it there and get along with all of the staff. I visit once a week and the staff treat me like I'm a resident. The food is good and the do get a variety. Great place as far as I'm concerned.
So far in the last 30 days we have caught 11 mice and numerous cockroaches in my moms 3rd floor apartment. She has had $300.00 stolen from her purse in her room as well as her wedding ring came up missing. Her meds are given to her daily and the pain pills as well as the pain patch has come up short between refills which leads to believe may be stolen. I will be contacting the state as well as an attorney. This is not right to treat the elderly this way and not do anything about it.
My mother has lived at Brookdale Springs since July. We are so impressed and my mother loves it there. The friendly, knowledgeable and caring staff really helped to make her transition there a success! The food is wonderful and elegantly served. Her apartment is so cute and more than adequate at this stage of her life. She has made good friends already. We made an excellent choice in moving to this facility.
Great caregivers. Wait staff is very devoted to help make dining a pleasure.
