RecommendedMy in laws like it except They do not have an appropriate exercise room.. The main piece of equipment -1 treadmill for the entire facility- has been broken for months and has not be replaced.
Great place to work!
Things have really gone down hill in the last year or so. Staff is down to minimums, little store was closed so no place for residents to shop, food quality has diminished terribly from what it was when my mother moved in 13 years ago. Cost keeps rising but quality and services are going downhill.

Found out that Brookdale requires the family to get 3 quotes in order to have the shower repaired. My mom has a 2'x2' hole in the shower. This is the location on St augustine rd. Just doesn't seem right.
