I was in for my 6 month cleaning and exam. Excellent friendly service, appointment was on time overall pleasant experience.Its nice when the staff meet and greet you by name. As usual Dr. Norige was professional and friendly.
I just recently had a filling replaced at Dr. Norige's office and can tell you I was very comfortable the whole time. Dr. Norige and his assistant made me feel at ease. The staff here is great! I truly can say I never worry when going for any appointment!
I recently had a crown done on my upper molar, it was painless thru the procedure and even three days later. I am so pleased with the outcome and hope the rest of my dental work is as good, thanks doc
I was nervous after the last dentist I went to seemed a bit too aggressive. He wanted to pull off my daughter's baby teeth because the roots had died. Dr Norige understood the anxiety but also felt that baby teeth should stay in as long as possible. I was also not pressured into braces for the first time since she was 5. All pf the staff were so personable. I was looking forward to my visit after setting up my appt. I will return as scheduled every time!!
My first experience at South Windsor Smiles was fantastic! The office came highly recommended and exceeded my expectations. The office is clean and the staff was great! My daughter was the patient and she enjoyed a wonderful experience with the friendly staff and Dr. Norige too. I look forward to returning to the office with my entire family in the future.
The receptionist was friendly and informative, the dental hygienist was very qualified and delivered the best services i have ever experienced. Dr Norige was very friendly and did a great job detecting my issues and making a plan of action. The office has new and updated equipment that certainly helps all phases of the dental work. Today was my first visit there and I was extremely impressed and felt very welcomed! The minute I walked into the door, they had a welcome sign with my name on it which I thought was very nice and creative. Front desk receptionist was very kind and my hygienist was amazing! The hygienist greeted me with a gift bag and tour which made me feel very welcomed. She was also very thourough and made sure I understood and was comfortable with everything she was doing.
