I got in & out in a timely manner & was treated very well
My mother was at Brookdale memory care for the months of December 2018 and January 2019. I can honestly not recommend this facility to anyone. It was nearly impossible to get any information from the staff, there were no planned activities as advertised on their website, she was prescribed an antibiotic which sat in a drawer for 3 days and miraculously appeared just as we were bringing a replacement. I could go on. I do not believe that the welfare of the residents is the top priority at Brookdale Smithfield.
I have a phobia which stems from a childhood dental trauma so I am always very scared when I go to a dentist. The visit was good. The hygienist was very good with me. The dentist was a bit brisk, but not bad.
My experience was great. Everyone is very friendly and I left with clean teeth. I recommend everyone I know who needs dental care to come to you.
