I recently took on the job of house keeping and find the RCA'S and all staff members friendly and helpful. I have seen some come and go as with any fast based job you will find the ones who don't stay long are the ones who don't care or have pride in what their job is. Some think they can just show up and get a pay check, but I know there are some people out there who need a job and would be worth training for many of our openings.
To have an employee crying on the front porch from being called "looking like crap" and treated awfully bad shows how much they really care and to have them say you needa work on "your 30 mins" and "how many breaks have you taken" and not being trained properly. Thank you brookdale for your crappy work place. I appreciate it. Very disappointed in their management. Osha needs to take a long look at yall. And how the managers treat employees. Now i see why everyone leaves. Wouldnt even give it a 1 star.
