Love Dr. Gallagher and his technicians. Office staff is friendly and seems to try to help but I have twice been promised a call letting me know definitely what my insurance would cover and also an estimate on the price of a partial and never received the call as promised. This has happened twice and is very important info for those of us without an unlimited budget. Very disappointing to me personally.

I had the most wonderful experience with my 3 year old son! Thank you for being so kid friendly and prepared to entertain. I am still in disbelief of how well the visit went.
Very friendly staff. Facility neat and clean. Usually do not enjoy going to the Dentist, but my first visit was a pleasant surprise. Dr Roberts very straight forward and informative. The Blue Ridge Dental Group in Salem have a new patient....ME!
Was good
I was terrified to have my wisdom teeth removed and even put it off for the last several years. Dr Gallaher and his assistant made the whole experience expeditious and comfortable from determining when the appointment would be and what it would involve, to leaving the office sans 4 miserably useless teeth. :) I will recommend them to all of my clients, friends and family.
I had my teeth cleaned and the service was amazing. My mouth feels great. 10/10 dentistry.
