It's hard to rate because there are 4 seperate types of residences, each with mandatory federal ,state and local compliance requirements. But the one commonality across the facility is the kind,caring,generous,and loving staff that become part of your family. Their upbeat attitudes are outstanding! I would suggest that their upcoming open house would be a good start, followed by a more personal tour. The staff here are great. Also the residents are awesome and it is always a pleasure to perform for this great place
In the Independent Living they require 2 months notice when leaving. This is outrageous. I checked with several other homes in the area and they only required 1 month. I could understand if it was in the Assisted Living program because you rely on nurses and other services that Independent Living does not utilize. I am paying over 6200.00 for an apartment that I am not in. They told me the reason was because it is harder to fill those rooms.
