I have been a patient of Dr Call's for many years and I was a bit uncomfortable at first with the change of new ownership. I now feel very comfortable and love the new staff. Thomas is a breath of fresh air and makes me feel so welcomed and has a great personality. My new hygienist Cassie is just the best and she does a great job and has such a warming and gentle personality (Thomas and Cassie deserve a raise ) I hope I'm not spelling my hygienist name incorrectly her name is either Casey or Cassie. The two visits I have had to Saginaw Dental have been very comfortable while undergoing such procedures- love your office and the way your staff works.
Dr Hyland and his staff are fantastic. This was my first time visiting his office. They mentioned they are near the tail end of an office renovation, but it looked great to me. His front desk staff took my insurance info and found my plan info even though I didn't have it readily available. The hygienist was very nice and performed a thorough cleaning. Dr Hyland himself was great. I wouldn't trust my teeth with anyone else!
Honestly, you won't find a more friendly, professional, capable team anywhere around. I thoroughly enjoy seeing everyone in the office when I have an appointment. Each of them provide excellent service and make me feel welcome. The staff, along with the equipment (including heat & massage procedure chairs!) make for a very pleasant experience.
