First of all I want to say I do not have a blood relative living at Brookdale in Rock Springs. I lease and manage 925 apartments here in Kingsport. I had a family of one of my residents approach me stating that their 83 year old mother was unable to continue to live on her own and asked me to help them find a new home for her since I was in the property management business.
