RecommendedI looked at several places including all three Brookdale communities in Gastonia before selecting Robinwood. Then I had a friend who is in the business also check them out and gave great reviews! I can’t say enough about the quality of the people who work here. Everyone is so kind and caring! My mother just passed away but lived at Brookdale Robinwood. I can not express in words how much I love the staff there. They treated my mother with respect and love. She loved being apart of the Brookdale family. In her final days, everyone helped with the care and the peace she needed ( I needed) to get though those tough days.
My Mother lived there for quite a while. The staff was wonderful to her and kept me informed all the time. Everyone was always helpful. The facility is always very clean and beautiful. They offer activities and encourage residents to stay active and interact with others. If I ever need assisted living for myself, It will be Brookdale Robinwood!
The staff is great. My mother in law loves it here.
I Live there have for four and a half years. I've seen a lot of changes and residents come and go . I l lot of friends there, with the staff also. Like ever where else even in a private home you have issues. But its home .
