Marc in the sales dept is amazing! No pressure but provided all answers & checked in to make sure we were doing ok and to see if we had any questions or if anything had come up. Very sincere and attentive. Our loved one will be moving in! I’ll update the review in a few months.
Brookdale Potomac is a positive environment for your aging parent. Those in charge are responsive and your loved one is treated well. The environment is pleasant. Parking is very easy and there are nearby shops to take your loved one to (i.e., Starbucks, Baskin Robbins, simple restaurants). The cost is still challenging for limited financial resources with long-term stays, but it seems to be less expensive than other options in the area. We also had experience at Brookdale Olney.
