Marc in the sales dept is amazing! No pressure but provided all answers & checked in to make sure we were doing ok and to see if we had any questions or if anything had come up. Very sincere and attentive. Our loved one will be moving in! I’ll update the review in a few months.

Brookdale Potomac is a positive environment for your aging parent. Those in charge are responsive and your loved one is treated well. The environment is pleasant. Parking is very easy and there are nearby shops to take your loved one to (i.e., Starbucks, Baskin Robbins, simple restaurants). The cost is still challenging for limited financial resources with long-term stays, but it seems to be less expensive than other options in the area. We also had experience at Brookdale Olney. Brookdale Potomac is doing a wonderful job caring for my husband. He loves the many varied activities, which include weekly field trips, as well as the food. The rooms & common areas are spacious, warm & inviting. The staff are extremely professional & caring. And the cost is below many comparable assisted living & memory care places in our area. I highly recommend Brookdale Potomac to anyone looking for themselves or their loved ones.

Brookdale Potomac is a blessing for parent/loved one. The staff is warm, attentive, and treats residents like family. The community is clean, safe, and full of life—loved the engaging activities and delicious meals. Peace of mind knowing they’re cared for with dignity. Highly recommend for compassionate, quality senior living!
