My mother, who is 91 has been at Peachtree since February after being basically ousted from another facility in Mooresville. Apparently she needed more assisting than they were willing to provide at that facility. Peachtree has been absolutely wonderful to mom and they have gone out of there way to make sure she feels and is cared for and acknowledged in a friendly and respectful manner. I am more than a little concerned over the manner in which business is conducted by the sales & marketing team and am currently attempting to resolve an issue with this facility. Communication has been lacking thus far and I am afraid additional steps may be required to achieve the desired results. The elderly in need of independent or assisted living should not be taken advantage of, by anyone, let alone a facility that is designed to address their needs.
My Mom is a current resident there and gets the greatest care and attention. Thanks to all the staff, who Cares!
My dad is at Brookdale Peachtree. We visited all local facilities and he chose Peachtree. He knew to pick the best! Every single person - from the director, activities director, receptionist,nurse, kitchen staff, med techs - just everyone - is absolutely amazing. They are so patient and kind. When I visit, I am inspired to be a better person!
