horrible treatment of the elderly. my reviews after dealing with this place have constantly been taken down, which means you only post the good reviews so that people cannot make an informed decision based on truth.
Brookdale Paulin Creek is where my mom is moving into senior living. I was immediately impressed with how beautiful and welcoming the lobby is, and how professional and friendly the staff are!! I knew the minute I walked in this was the place for my mom. It's so nice here that it literally feels like you're at a resort!
My parents moved into paulin creek a month ago and it's been a really great experience for them. They have been pleasantly surprised with the great food, endless activities, and helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
Both of my parents are at Brookdale Paulin Creek - Dad in Memory Care & Mom in Independant Living. The caregivers at Clarebridge are wonderful… very kind, caring, gentle, patient and seem to go above & beyond to ensure that their residents are safe, clean, comfortable, treated with care & respect, well nourished, rested & often entertained! This was posted in 2010 by someone unknown to me, just showing it as a question to the public—How long and how many Brookdale Senior Living residents are going to have to be abused before there is something done?! In early November 2010 my mother was accepted into Brookdale Place at Chanate after completing the necessary evaluations by her Physician and by Brookdales nursing staff.
