I entered this facility after undergoing a knee replacement, for an intended rehabilitation stay of up to ten days . Although this was almost 12 months ago, I still have deep concerns about the care, ability and professionalism of a good majority of its care staff and some of the nurses. So much so, that it has had a profound effect on me and now I feel inclined to review this establishment and give prospective clients something to seriously consider. I am so grateful to the caring and wonderful staff at Palmer Ranch. After an experience at another facility which was far below meeting an acceptable standard of care, the staff at Palmer Ranch goes above and beyond the call of duty (especially Audrey). I was SO WORRIED when my mom had a brief stay back at the hospital that she would not be able to return to this WONDERFUL facility, but the staff (Thank you Isabel) helped us get my back to Palmer Ranch.
