Every time I go to an appointment they make you feel like family. I have been in operations management for over 10 years and this is the best customer service I have ever received. Dr Lopez is not a only a great dentist but an amazing human being. He calls after every procedure, unfortunately I have failed to answer, because I am always working. It's not just him but the entire staff. Thank you for everything. I will drive 2 hours if needed to continue my services with this place.
My daughter visited as she has for many years... this time her experience was not the rave one that we have always experienced in the past. The new hygienist left multiple blood blisters under her tongue and cut the inside of her cheek. Her cleaning was very rough and uncomfortable despite the report of no cavities or issues. I was so sad and surprised to hear this as I have always found your practice to be amazing. She said the hygienist was very nice, but really hurt her. I love going to this dentist. Friendly staff, watch TV while your getting your teeth done instead of looking at the ceiling. The only complaint I have is about their prices. Not really their fault, but a bit pricey

From the first call to the office to checkout...I can honestly say it was by far the best experience I have had at a dental office! I was taken as an emergency new patient... Dr.Colon worked me in between his already busy Saturday schedule! Everyone that I came in contact with was kind, caring and so professional!
Your Oviedo Dentist is always a warm and friendly environment to be in. At my cleaning the other day, Jo-Ann was amazing! She and I had a fantastic conversation and really hit it off. I love this office so much!
