The staff is warm and caring. The memory care unit Claire Bridge is a remarkable place that feels like home and family. There is always joy and laughter in the air.
The staff provide a warm family type of environment and are very supportive. My father loved the care and meals 😊. Words cannot express my gratitude to the staff for their support and compassion given my father during his seven years as a resident until his recent demise. TOO MUCH TURN OVER AND SEEMS TO BE GETTING WORSE!!! Residents have no idea who is in charge, new people don’t introduce themselves and are rude.
The staff make everyone feel important. You can tell they like working there and it shows in how much love they put into helping the residents. I am so happy I chose Brookdale.
It was a little rough in the beginning but the staff is extremely helpful. The new administrator, Ginger has done a great job in improving the facility. She was actually shampooing the carpets on Mother’s Day! She’s not afraid to get her hands dirty, hats off to her!
