I appreciate the level of security and attention when you first walk in. The sitting area is adequate to welcome family or have the resident sit while waiting for family to arrive. The lighting was just right.
I accompanied a friend whose mother is a resident. It was a very pleasant experience to see how well she was taken care of. The staff were very professional and caring. I could see and feel that she was in good hands with the staff at Ciel Olney. My friend was also happy and comfortable with the care provided to her mom. Great job to the Ciel Olney team!
