RecommendedMy parents have lived at Brookdale Monroe Square for 2 years now. What we love most about BMS is the staff and their genuine care for my parents. My parents are treated with dignity and respect, and the staff are friendly, competent and diligent. The only complaint my parents have is related to the food service and quality. There is a fair amount of inconsistency in the quality of food. If that issue could be resolved, there would be no complaints whatsoever.
What a great place to work! I am grateful for the opportunity to spend my day with such wonderful people. Great residents!
Celebrated my father's 100th birtday and the staff was wonderful. Thank you to Meshell, her volunteer assistant Mya and Amanda for putting together a wonderful gathering and being so welcoming. Thank you to Bruce and staff for their help as well. I am happy to know that my Dad is in such a lovely environment.
