I think that my initial impression is that feeling of "Home". My brother and I faced a decision in 2017 to find caregivers for our mother. She had dementia and was very frail. The entire staff became family. I observed the interactions of staff members with residents. My mother thrived. She soon loved all the staff. These people have a good thing going. Brookdale Midwestern has been a blessing for my mom and out family. She has improved so much since she has moved in. The staff is amazing and we could not ask for better care for our mom. We love everyone at Brookdale Midwestern
My parents had lived there for several years. The staff there had been doing a great job taking care of them, made sure they were comfortable and treated them like a family. I would recommend this place for living. They have lot of activities.
Working here has been like gaining family. Such an amazing, supportive, quirky, and fun family. We love each other and our residents.
