I don't like being lied to. Found out today that they FIRED the director Shannon last week. But when I was there, the corporate woman there acted like she had quit. Her words "Oh, Shannon left last week, but don't worry, you'll have direct access to a corporate director all the time!" Excuse me, but I left my mom in the care of someone I felt I could trust. Shannon Scalzo always made that place feel more like a home than any kind of facility. I do believe I shall be looking for another place for my mother.
My Mom, Clara Helmer, is a resident on the Memory Care side. She likes it there and says everyone is very nice and takes good care of her.
I will stop to perform A Tribute to Country Music Legends on Saturday, November 26th @ 9:00am!!!
The staff loves their residents and give them not only care, but their love and respect too.
