RecommendedMemory care staff are very caring.
Inefficient nursing and staff attentiveness and care. Facility accepts residents in any medical state instead of adequately assessing their individual needs and providing guidance throughout the process as to where the individual truly needs to be placed. These incompetencies led to the untimely death of my mother.
My wife was in the memory care unit for about 5 months. Terrible experience for my family. Several medication issues, my wife got out of the unit and was found about 1/4-1/2 mile away. Management unresponsive to many problems. I would not put a loved one in this place.
Very clean and good to the residents and the people that work there they are very concern about the people they take care of and Kim the Director is very nice and Careing

I have been working for Brookdale for about 6 months now. We recently had a new Executive Director and Health and Wellness Director start. Brookdale has been such a great place to work and the new management changes are taking such a positive affect. Our Residents are so wonderful and are enjoying spending their lives here. Everyday they welcome us into their home to be a part of their community. Truly a pleasure to work with the team and residents we have here!
This place has really gone downhill since it became Brookdale. Dirty, no Staff, and people just don't care. Would never recommend this company!
