Emily is a FANTASTIC hygenist. She is reassuring and kept me informed of what she was doing and what I needed to keep doing. The whole staff at Lisle Dental Center is personable and pleasant to work with.
Their customer service is phenomenal! I recently purchased a groupon to try them out since I am looking for a new dentist. I was hoping that unlike many other places (not all though!!!) they would actually be considerate and nice knowing I just paid for a groupin to get deals and may or may not be returning. When mentioning my groupon, the woman was VERY nice and informative; didn't treat me different by any means!! Even though I had to get numerous cavities drilled in a single appointment, I have never had that much fun at a dentist appointment before! Missy is really fun Hygienist and Neeta is a very talented Dentist.
My cleaning and check up was done on Saturday, November 19, 2011 by Ms. Emily. It was thorough,and done very meticulously. Ms. Emily found to be very professional, detail oriented, meticulous, knowledgeable and patienate individual. Then, Dr. Bhushan came and did final examination which was also done patiently, caring and thorough. Ms. Jullie at front desk is also found to be friendly individual. Overall, Dr, Bhshan and her team is found to be very knowledgeable, people person, thorough, and friendly. Thanks.
I want to thank Dr Bushan and all the great staff after a very traumatic night after getting 3 teeth knocked out playing softball. They were so accomadating and worked diligently to get my mouth restored to somewhat normality. You guys a great and a great big hug to all of you!!!!!
After a few bad & medicore experiences with other dentists in the western suburbs, we have finally found one that we love. Hubby had a crown done, I have had a deep cleaning, and have plans to do fillings & possibly Invisalign. Everyone is very friendly & knowledgable & I felt that the policies and procedures were very well explained before any work was done. Looking forward to many years of good oral health!
The doctor and the staff very much care about I was doing during a root canal procedure. The office also shows a concern for my time, and that is appreciated.
My first visit to the Lisle Dental Center was great! The staff was both knowledgable and friendly, and the dental care they provided was excellent!
