Adorable community! Great leadership, caring hearts! Hiring nurses to pass medications and CNA's for care. Will train the right people with caring hearts! Only hiring people with a very strong passion for caring for seniors, reliable, great work ethic and can work as a team. This community is gated and feels like "Condos with care!" Come see how we care!
It is still true what I wrote yesterday, that was so conveniently removed. I guess administration doesn't like when their unprofessionalism is pointed out. And how, it is impossible for ONE care associate to give great quality care to 30 residents at a time. I do know that many family members are very concerned as they should be. And it is not the associates fault. That is bad administration. It says something when 3-4 employees are giving their resignation letters in all at the same time. One of the cutest senior living communities I have ever been to!! Love the neighborhood style layout and the beautiful courtyards and flowers!
