My dad was there for 2 months. Every time I went I found him in the same clothes. He became more aggressive and even though we were charged $400 extra for a nurse he was not taking his meds. Then they told us that he needed a 24 hr sitter for an additional $400. We were also told there was a cap on monthly expenses. Then we found out it was $400 per day extra with no cap. The staff at Brookdale Lake Orienta is excellent. It is obvious how much they care about the residents every time I visit. You can't get a better Chef than Nathan and the whole place is filled with joy and love. This is a wonderful facility in a very convenient location. Thanks for all you do!
Staff is excellent, Full of spirt love and compassion . They treat their residents first class .
