The people at Brookdale are what make the difference! Moving a parent or loved one to a facility is a difficult decision to make. We have found the staff at Brookdale truly care about the residents, which has made the transition so much easier. They show residents respect and treat them like family. My mom has been able to maintain the freedom of living "alone" but I have the peace of mind that she is moments away from help if needed(just the touch of a button). I am a new resident as of 2 months ago....I have a so much fun every day! Made lots and lots of new friends! Food is Great and the Staff takes such good care of me! My family and I couldn't be more pleased with this facility!
We recently moved our 84yr old Mom into Brookdale.....This place is Beautiful, The Residents are a Pure Joy, The Staff is THE BEST and very Attentive to Mom's needs. She's not had one complaint! Had a meeting first off with Lisa Dunn regarding a place for my 92 year sister who lives in OK. Lisa was very informative and kind to give my husband and I a tour of the facilities. We brought my sister for a visit and she was very pleased with the tour and the chef provided lunch. Although my sister was unable to workout her finances to move, this was the place we would have chosen. Not only the pretty and clean facility, but the friendly residents encouraging my sister to join them, and Lisa and Sharon’s helpfulness.
After a visit from employees of Brookdale Lake Brazos, William Powell wanted to show his appreciation. He sent a box of candy to Brookdale. Lisa Dunn of Brookdale accepted the box of candy from Geneva Jackson-King.
We had a beautiful Fourth of July celebration at Brookdale yesterday July 4th the warmth the love and concern for the people that reside there and the caregivers is just amazing.
