I have worked as a driver at Brookdale for a few years now, and all the residence seem to love the activities, trips, and parties. I love to get them dancing at the parties I stay and help with. Lynn is great - so creative.
As a former employee, I can tell you the residents at Brookedale Kettering are always happy and well cared for. The activities planned for them are always amazing, and the residents thoroughly enjoy them. They can't wait to see whats planned next. I know if I had a family member needing these kinds of services, Brookedale Kettering is where I would want them to be.
Worst place in the world to work! They fired my grandson on his last day(after he gave his 2 week notice) He bent over backwards for this place! Very poor management!
Every Brookdale that I have every been to has been amazing! I love how much fun the staff is with the residents. You can defitnately see how they truly are a Brookdale family. :)
